Beyond Traditional Physical Therapy: A Smarter Approach to Rehab

When someone walks into our space, they usually think they have a very specific problem.

“My knee hurts.”
“My shoulder’s tight.”
“My back always acts up when I lift.”

And we listen to that. We take a full history, understand what they’ve been through, what they’ve tried, whether that’s rest, workouts, or even previous physical therapy, and what they think is going on.

But at the same time, we’re also asking a different question:

Is this actually a local issue… or is this a whole-system problem?

Because a lot of the time, it’s not just the knee. It’s how the entire body is loading and unloading around that knee.
