Group Classes

We offer small group classes of 8 or less people. These classes are centered around strength training and weight lifting with a one on one feel. We specialize in teaching people how to lift effectively, whether you have never lifted before or have been a professional body builder. Our goal is for you to become the strongest and most confident lifter you want to be. We also add a cardio component to every class to give you the most scientific benefit for lean body mass and bone building.

Personal Training

One on One personal training gives you the attention and safety you're looking for in your workouts. Whether you're getting fit for life or have a specific event you are getting ready for, our Personal Trainers are ready to help you get there.

Every relationship starts with a 15 minute Free Consultation which can be in person or a phone call. We use this opportunity to make sure we are the right fit for each other. After the consultation if the fit seems appropriate, your Personal Trainer will schedule a one hour assessment. This assessment includes a movement pattern assessment using technology and measurements and strength testing to assess your ability to exercise.

After the assessment; based on your goals and our Personal Trainer's recommendations you will schedule your follow up's and workouts. 

​

For those who are already working out and are looking for some form checking or programming, we do have an App which allows our Personal Trainers to get you to that next level safely.
